CRAIGSLIST FACELIFT

Teaming up with Hannah Varghese and Kate Reedy, the goal of this project was to enhance Craigslist's image and usability. We applied a range of quality tools, methodologies, and principles from Lean Management, Six Sigma, ISO, and Malcolm Baldrige, leveraging quantitative data to drive and substantiate improvements.

HYPOTHESIS AND EXPERIMENTS

Survey results communicate that our revamp of the user experience and design elements resulted in increased satisfacion with Craigslist’s website.
